Attorney Profile
Camille Cooper Scroggins works with clients who want to privately resolve disputes with solutions designed to meet the particular needs of their family, while maintaining civility, compassion and respect for all involved. She has developed a reputation as being highly skilled at minimizing conflict and achieving creative,
customized, and often mutually beneficial solutions for restructuring family finances and relationships without court intervention. Practicing family law in Texas since 1990, her focus has shifted from litigation to a concentration in the areas of Collaborative Family Law, Mediation, assisting clients with amicable settlements. She has successfully helped many clients achieve the best outcomes for themselves and their family related to property division, financial support, and children.
Camille strongly believes that communication between attorney and client and between the clients themselves is vital to achieving a long-lasting solution that meets the family’s needs. She works closely with her clients to answer their questions and understand their goals, interests and concerns. She discusses the different options for handling their divorce or other family law dispute, explains the legal issues and possible outcomes,
and guides them to determine and pursue their best course of action. She makes sure her clients stay actively involved and informed so they can make the best choices for themselves, their family, and their future.
